In the rare event that you receive a product not meeting your exact requirements, Cybpress Innovative Solutions LLP will thoroughly investigate each case individually. If such a circumstance arises, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@cybpress.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our dedicated team will provide guidance on the resolution process.

Cybpress Innovative Solutions LLP strictly does not accept returns for reasons other than those specified above. The return and refund process for a product may be subject to restrictions based on the nature and category of the product or service and is governed by the following conditions:
  • Customers must notify us of receiving a product that doesn't meet the exact requirements within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery.
  • The amount spent on the registration of a domain name, web server, and mail server will not be refunded under any circumstances.
All refunds will be processed according to the mode of payment used by the customer when placing the order.
